months prior to the trip, all purchases will be final. If you are cancelling due to your own health or to the health of a family member, your travel insurance will usually cover that reimbursement for you.
2) PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to attend the event, your ticket is fully transferable (minus a $150 administration fee) contingent upon approval from Worldwide Dance Adventures. With their approval, you may be able to sell your spot to another person on your own. The other person will need to register separately online for the trip and let us know on that form that this is a transferred ticket (not purchased).
3) PLEASE NOTE: If the trip has to be cancelled by the organizers due to Covid-19 complications or other logistic reasons, Worldwide Dance Adventures will attempt to reschedule. If you are unable to make the new dates, a full refund will be given, minus any credit card or fees.
